In case of product issues such as wrong model, wrong color, or manufacturing defects:

Following conditions:

- The product must be in new and unused condition.

- The price tag must be in its original condition.

- Notify us within 14 days from the date of purchase only.

- The product and dust bag must be in perfect condition ready for return.

- Return the product with all accessories, dust bag, and receipt in person at any Coccinelle stores nationwide or send it back as a parcel as instructed.

- The company will replace the product or issue a credit refund to the customer within 7 days after confirming the return.


Product Exchange:

- There is no policy for product exchanges.
